Benue State Governor Hyacinth Iormem Alia has appointed Dr. Stephen Hwande as the Chief Medical Director of Benue State University Teaching Hospital, Makurdi.
A statement issued by Tersoo Kula,Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Benue, says the appointment takes immediate effect.
Dr. Stephen Terungwa Hwande, a consultant gynaecologist with enormous experience, was, before his appointment, the Medical Director and CEO of First Fertility Hospital, Makurdi.
The statement quoted the governor to have tasked Hwande to resuscitate, reposition, and effectively manage the hospital for effective healthcare service delivery.”
