A property owned by the embattled National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dr. Iyorchia Ayu, in Makurdi, Benue State, has reportedly been sealed by the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA).
According to reports, the property was shut down because the owners neglected to give the agency the necessary documentation pertaining to the site plans for the land.
A source told the media that the facility was sealed off for the following reasons: “It is an academic institution.”
